A message from Janna Silverstein, TEC Board of Governors (TEC #2451):
On March 5-10, 2015, the ANA National Money Show will be happening at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon–and The Elongated Collectors (TEC) will be there!
We’ll have a table where folks can drop by to meet club officers, get club information, and get elongated coins. We’ll also have a program room with events happening all day long. The show is open to the general public; no ANA or TEC membership is required. There will also be a group dinner. See below for all the details.
TEC will be holding its events in room D135.
Schedule:
9:30 AM: Convention center opens to ANA members
10:00 AM: Show opens to general public
11:30 AM: Fellowship meeting, trading, discussion (not an official TEC club meeting)
1:00-1:30 PM: A brief introduction to elongated coin collecting — Janna Silverstein, TEC Board of Governors
2:00-2:30 PM: Designing and rolling elongated coins — Oded Paz, TEC Past President, designer and roller
3:00 PM: Auction – Oded Paz, auctioneer
4:00 PM: Show closes
5:00 PM: Group dinner at Red RobinStop by for any or all of the events. Be sure to bring traders to trade with other collectors.
